Welcome to FixPal! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FixPal platform ("Platform"), owned and operated by CarPal AI ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
1. About FixPal
FixPal is a multi-vendor marketplace facilitating transactions between buyers ("Buyers") and sellers ("Sellers") in the automotive industry, including repair shops and spare parts providers. FixPal does not sell or own the products listed on the Platform but acts solely as an intermediary to connect Buyers and Sellers.
2. Account Registration
- Buyers and Sellers must register for an account to access the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
- Sellers must ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for operating their businesses and selling their products/services.
3. Role of FixPal
- FixPal acts solely as a facilitator. We do not:
- Own, sell, or control any products or services listed by Sellers.
- Guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or safety of products or services offered by Sellers.
- Oversee or guarantee the performance of Sellers in fulfilling orders.

4. Orders, Payments, and Fees
- Orders are placed directly between Buyers and Sellers. FixPal is not a party to these transactions.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways integrated with the Platform. FixPal does not store or manage payment information.
- FixPal may charge service fees to Sellers for using the Platform. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Responsibility: All shipping, delivery, and logistics are managed by Sellers. FixPal does not handle or monitor these operations.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the Buyer once the Seller hands the product to the shipping carrier. FixPal is not liable for shipping errors or damages.
- Disputes: Any issues regarding shipping or delivery must be resolved between the Buyer and Seller.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Sellers must specify their return, refund, and cancellation policies in their shop settings. FixPal does not mediate or enforce such policies.
- Buyers must communicate directly with Sellers regarding disputes over returns, refunds, or cancellations. FixPal is not responsible for any related claims.
7. Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers are solely responsible for:
- Complying with all applicable laws, including tax obligations and consumer protection regulations.
- Providing accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Ensuring the quality and safety of their products or services.

8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to FixPal and is protected under intellectual property laws.
- Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- FixPal does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information provided by Sellers or Buyers.
- FixPal disclaims any liability for damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
- FixPal is not liable for:
- Any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between Buyers and Sellers.
- Errors, delays, or failures in the Platform's operation due to unforeseen circumstances.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixPal’s total liability is limited to the service fees paid by the Seller in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification
- Users agree to indemnify and hold FixPal harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of:
